Business Developer -Cross Border Payment

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the BD Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and potential business prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term collaboration.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
  • Support internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and successful delivery of services.
  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Participate in field visits, client pitches, and product demonstrations when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 yearsof  experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management
  • A good understanding of the cross-border payment industry, financial technologies, and market trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and provide meaningful insights.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
