Responsibilities: 

  • Hunting down new business and opening doors in the road freight space
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of clients
  • Selling tailored logistics solutions (FTL, LTL, cross-border, distribution)
  • Negotiating rates and closing profitable deals
  • Growing and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Working closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements: 
  • Proven sales experience in road freight / logistics
  • Strong network 
  • Track record of hitting (and exceeding) targets
  • A natural deal-closer with serious negotiation skills
  • Self-starter mentality – you don’t wait, you make it happen
  • Own vehicle & valid drivers license
