Responsibilities:

  • Driving client acquisition through field marketing and outreach.
  • Building partnerships with HMOs, corporate organizations, schools, and communities.
  • Identifying and converting walk-in and referral opportunities.
  • Executing marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels.
  • Representing the clinic at outreach programs, events, and activations.
  • Tracking and reporting leads, conversions, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve patient experience and retention.
  • Developing innovative strategies to increase visibility and patient inflow.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Is highly proactive and comfortable with fieldwork
  • Has strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Can work independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Basic knowledge of DIGITAL MARKETING.
  • Is familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Has a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and closing deals.
  • Lives within or can easily access the branch locations.
  • Is goal-oriented, energetic, and resourceful.


Remuneration: NGN150,000 - NGN200,000
