Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company’s paint products and services\
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into paying customers
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and product presentations to clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities
- Attend meetings, trade exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products
- Support management with business growth strategies and market expansion initiatives
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of client complaints or concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc. in business administration, marketing, sales, or any related field
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals
- Good understanding of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehousing environment
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly Net
