Responsibilities:
Activation & Adoption:
- Drive onboarding campaigns to increase app adoption among landlords, property managers, agents, and renters.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute targeted growth initiatives.
- Identify and engage potential partners in the real estate ecosystem.
Sustaining Growth:
- Develop retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Work closely with product and customer success teams to gather feedback and improve user experience.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen loyalty and advocacy.
Monitoring & Analytics:
- Track KPIs such as user acquisition, retention, churn, and revenue growth.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership on growth performance.
- Use data to recommend adjustments to strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or customer success roles (preferably in tech or real estate).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with real estate technology or SaaS platforms is a plus.
