Responsibilities:

Activation & Adoption:

  • Drive onboarding campaigns to increase app adoption among landlords, property managers, agents, and renters.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute targeted growth initiatives.
  • Identify and engage potential partners in the real estate ecosystem.


Sustaining Growth:

  • Develop retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with product and customer success teams to gather feedback and improve user experience.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen loyalty and advocacy.


Monitoring & Analytics:

  • Track KPIs such as user acquisition, retention, churn, and revenue growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership on growth performance.
  • Use data to recommend adjustments to strategies and campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or customer success roles (preferably in tech or real estate).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with real estate technology or SaaS platforms is a plus.

This is achieved in 3 parts:

  • Long-term rental and short-let rental of all property types, including houses, subunits, lands, warehouses, office spaces, and other property categories.
  • Enforcing quick rental of listed properties.
  • Continuous supervision of listed properties with the EstateBooks Smart Monitoring Dashboard.

Location: Office / Field with occasional travel

Remuneration: NGN320,000–380,000
