Chinese Translator

Responsibilities:

• Client Reception & Visits – Assist the manager in receiving visiting clients and accompany the manager on client visits to foster strong business relationships.
• Order Follow-up – Track customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely communication between the sales team, assembly line, and clients.
• External Communication – Handle daily external communications with local partners, government agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
• Operational Support – Assist in daily operations and management of the local office, warehouse, and assembly line to ensure smooth business operations.
• Sales Incentive – Enjoy attractive commission for any sales orders successfully generated and closed by yourself. etc.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in food processing machinery, electrical appliances, mechanical equipment, commercial ovens, freezers, or related industries.
• Proficiency in HSK Level 4 or above. Chinese study experience in China is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
• Must have completed NYSC (full discharge certificate). Applications without work experience will not be considered.
• Full‑time positions only – no part‑time or remote work.
• Previous experience with a Chinese company is an advantage.
