About the Civil Engineer Roles in Lusaka The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering a variety of construction projects, including residential developments and industrial facilities such as warehouses and factories.
PCL values engineers who can manage projects from foundation through to handover, ensuring quality and timely completion. Qualifications and Experience Required Degree in Civil Engineering with current registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
At least 2 years of practical site experience, demonstrating hands-on involvement in construction projects. Proven experience in residential project delivery, covering all phases from foundation to handover.
Experience with industrial construction projects including warehouses and factories. Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
Availability to begin work immediately. Verifiable references from previous employers to support your application.
