Employment Information
A Spotter is required to support safe vehicle and heavy equipment movements on a construction site. The role involves guiding operators, observing site activity and communicating clearly to help protect workers and maintain safe operations.
Duties and responsibilities
• Guide reversing vehicles and heavy equipment on site.
• Monitor the movement of machinery and personnel to support site safety.
• Maintain clear communication with equipment operators and site supervisors.
• Follow all site safety instructions, regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
• At least five O-Level passes.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and work under pressure.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors.
• Previous construction site experience is an added advantage.
