THESHOPTHERA LIMITED is seeking a creative, organized and execution-driven Content & Social Media Manager to oversee content creation and social media presence across platforms.
The role is ideal for someone who understands content strategy, audience engagement, social media growth and brand building.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Tiktok, Whatsapp, Twitter, Snapchat and other social platforms.
- Research trends and convert them to relevant content ideas.
- Create educational, entertaining and sales-driven content.
- Manage daily content posting and scheduling.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Organize and maintain content libraries and digital assets.
- Upload and properly archive content within company systems.
- Source and publish customer reviews and testimonials.
- Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to showcase products effectively.
- Track content performance and publish reports.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and marketing campaigns.
