Inventory Operations Officer

THESHOPTHERA LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized inventory operations officer to support inventory accuracy, stock control and operational excellence across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support inventory control and stock management activities.
• Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and oragnization
• Execute inventory-related operational processes in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure inventory records remain accurate
• Participate in inventory verification, stock counts and operational audits.
• Identify, escalate and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory processes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Strong attention to detail required.
