Job Description
- We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging video content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across our digital channels.
- The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality motion graphics, animations, video edits, and performance-driven creative assets for social media, paid advertising, e-commerce, influencer campaigns, and product launches.
- This is a contract role ideal for a creative professional who understands both storytelling and conversion-focused marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Motion Graphics & Animation:
- Create motion graphics and animated assets for social media, paid ads, websites, email campaigns, and product launches.
- Develop animated explainers, product feature videos, promotional videos, and brand storytelling content.
- Design and animate text, transitions, visual effects, and graphic elements that align with the brand.
- Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for:
- TikTok
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Meta Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Amazon Product Videos
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and aspect ratios.
Performance Creative Production:
- Produce high-converting video creatives for acquisition and retargeting campaigns.
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Turn UGC and influencer footage into polished ad creatives.
- Optimize videos for platform-specific best practices and performance.
Product & Campaign Support:
- Support major product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and retail initiatives.
- Create countdown videos, launch teasers, promotional assets, and campaign recaps.
- Develop motion assets for website banners and landing pages.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Campaign Manager, Content Team, Influencer Team, and Graphic Designer.
- Interpret creative briefs and deliver assets within agreed timelines.
- Contribute ideas that improve creative performance and engagement.
Requirements
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or digital content production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, paid ad creatives, and social media content.
- Experience working with consumer brands, beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with CapCut and similar short-form content editing tools.
- Understanding of animation principles, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an advantage.
