Job Summary
- The Barbing Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring
- excellent customer service, driving revenue growth, managing staff performance, and maintaining high
- grooming and hygiene standards.
- The Manager will ensure the salon operates efficiently while delivering
- an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Ensure the salon opens and closes according to schedule.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
Staff Management:
- Supervise barbers, supervisors, receptionists, and other salon staff.
- Develop staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching where necessary.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and salon revenue.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Promote salon services and products.
- Build relationships with customers and handle escalated complaints.
Inventory and Financial Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary.
- Ensure proper stock control and prevent wastage.
- Manage cash handling and daily financial reporting.
- Prepare operational and sales reports for management.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing,
- or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in salon management, hospitality, retail, or customer service
- management.
- Previous experience managing teams and operations is required.
