Key Responsibilities:
- Design, validate, and optimise collections and recoveries strategies that improve portfolio performance.
- Analyse portfolio behaviour and identify opportunities to reduce credit losses and maximise recoveries.
- Develop predictive, propensity, and forecasting models to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Produce insightful MI, dashboards, and executive reports that drive strategic action.
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Science, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Credit Risk analytical role within a consumer lending environment.
- Experience in collections, recoveries, unsecured lending, or retail banking will be highly advantageous.
- Strong technical skills in SAS, SQL, Python, R, and/or VBA.
- Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modelling, forecasting, and data manipulation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
