Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule workshop service and repair bookings
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Conduct follow-up calls after services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Send reminders for upcoming services and maintenance
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records on the system
  • Liaise with service advisors and workshop staff to coordinate bookings
  • Promote additional services and drive customer retention

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or automotive environment
  • Computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office)
  • Strong telephone etiquette
