Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries on social media(WhatsApp,Instagram, Facebook, Titktok) in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure all calls are answered within established service standards.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
- Direct customers to the appropriate sales team (Commodity – household items, BMP– building materials)
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability
- Promote products and inform customers about ongoing offers and promotions
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of social media platforms(WhatApp, Instagram, Facebook,Tiktok etc)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Workdays: Monday to Friday, with Saturdays treated as paid overtime
