Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s building materials and FMGS to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new customers, projects, and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports when required.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.
- Visit customers, and distributors regularly to market company products.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer accounts, and transactions.
- Submit regular reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous sales experience in the building materials or FMGS industry is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and report writing skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and self-motivated.
Working Conditions:
