We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for a corps member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment PPA in a fast-paced healthcare and wellness environment.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, appointment scheduling, client follow-up, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the client journey.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients professionally.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding consultations and treatments.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment logs.
- Assist with client check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about clinic services, promotions, and treatment packages.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support administrative and front desk operations as required.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
- Assist with basic office coordination and daily operational tasks.
Requirements & Skills
- Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment PPA.
- Must possess OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good phone etiquette and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.
