The ideal candidate will assist with routine dental procedures, maintain high standards of patient care, and support the dental team in delivering excellent clinical services.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental scaling and polishing procedures.
- Carry out teeth whitening treatments in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
- Monitor and maintain dental equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- Diploma, HND, B.Sc. or relevant qualification in Dental Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting.
- Practical experience in scaling and polishing procedures.
- Knowledge of teeth whitening treatments and basic preventive dental care.
- Good communication and patient relationship skills.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary; N150,000 - N170,000 monthly
