Reverse Aesthetic Clinics is seeking a smart, organized, and professional Office Assistant/Housekeeper to support the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for clients and staff while providing basic administrative and front-desk support when required.
This role is best suited for a female candidate who is neat, courteous, proactive, and able to work in a client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception areas, treatment rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Ensure clinic facilities are kept tidy, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with stocking and monitoring office and cleaning supplies.
- Prepare refreshments for visitors when required.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing records, and handling basic office errands.
- Welcome clients warmly and direct them appropriately upon arrival.
- Assist with appointment confirmations and basic client inquiries.
- Support the team in ensuring a smooth and pleasant client experience.
- Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or operational concerns promptly.
- Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred for operational and facility management requirements of the role.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as an office assistant, cleaner, receptionist, customer service representative, or similar role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neat appearance and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and WhatsApp is required.
