Employment Information

Main Tasks and Responsibilities include:

  • Set up of computers (hardware and software)
  • Installation of computers and networking
  • Provide end-user technical desk-side support (installation, configuration, problem identification and resolution) for Microsoft products and all business software.
  • Equipment movements
  • Return of IT stock, dispatching and IT asset management of stock
  • Servicing of IT equipment
  • Testing and benchmarking
Requirements:
  • Matric and Completed A+ and N+ qualifications
  • 1 years experience in a Desktop Support or similar IT support role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
