The Digital Marketing function is responsible for strengthening Total Data Limited’s digital presence, industry authority, and corporate lead generation capability within the HR outsourcing market. Performance will be measured across three strategic pillars:
- Brand Visibility: Expand digital reach and brand recognition across relevant platforms.
- Industry Authority: Position Total Data Limited as a trusted HR thought leader.
- Corporate Lead Generation: Convert digital engagement into qualified B2B opportunities.
JOB OBJECTIVES
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and qualified lead generation for Total Data Limited.
- Manage and optimize digital channels including social media, website, email marketing, and paid advertising to support business growth.
- Position Total Data Limited as a thought leader in HR outsourcing and workforce management through high-value digital content and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field Experience
- Minimum 3 – 5 years hands-on experience in digital marketing
