A leading company in the Fintech space is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Cross-Border Payments to lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on B2B cross-border payment solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 5–10 Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive customer acquisition through telemarketing, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeted at SMEs involved in foreign trade.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, traders, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance, sales activities, and conversion rates to ensure productivity and target achievement.
  • Conduct field visits and support team members in closing deals and handling client objections.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cross-border payment and settlement solutions.
  • Generate market insights, sales reports, and competitor analysis to support business growth.
  • Utilize digital and social media platforms for lead generation and customer engagement.

Requirement

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales management with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Previous experience in B2B Sales, Fintech, SaaS, Taxation, Cross-Border Logistics, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Existing network within the SME exporter or trading community is an added advantage.
  • Experience with digital or social media-driven customer acquisition is a plus.

Location Preference

Candidates residing around Berger Auto Market, Mile 12, or nearby locations are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive monthly base salary: Basic: 521,000.00 
  • Attractive unlimited team commission structure: KPI/BonusN:279,000.00
  • Monthly earnings from ₦800,000 and above performance-based
