Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals, seasonal collections, and marketing campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content (Reels, TikToks, photos, carousels, Stories) that showcases our collections, behind-the-scenes, styling tips, and brand values.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations: community engagement, comment/DM responses, and maintaining a consistent premium brand voice.
- Plan and run paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Identify and collaborate with fashion influencers, content creators, micro- influencers, and brand ambassadors for campaigns and partnerships.
- Coordinate with the design, photography, and production teams for content shoots, lookbooks, and product photography.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and TikTok Analytics; provide regular reports and insights.
- Support e-commerce efforts by driving online traffic and contributing to email/SMS marketing where required.
- Assist with other digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO basics, and cross-channel promotions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, mass media, or a related field is a plus (relevant experience matters more).
- 2–5 years of proven experience as a social media manager, digital marketer, or content creator, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or retail.
- Strong portfolio showcasing fashion-related social media work (Instagram/TikTok growth, campaign results, content examples).
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Lightroom/Premiere, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of current fashion trends, especially in the Nigerian / African and diaspora markets
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create captions that resonate with our audience.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimise campaigns.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 350,000 Monthly (depending on experience).
