Direct Sales Agent – Cimas Health Group

Job Summary
Cimas Health Group, driven by its purpose to inspire healthier communities, wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the Direct Sales Agent-Bulawayo, Victoria Falls, Beitbridge, Zvishavane and Harare roles that have arisen within the Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Seeking out new clients and developing clientele through networking.
Driving membership growth through direct client acquisition, lead generation, product education and conversion of prospective members within the assigned
territory. Identifying, prospecting and acquiring new clients through networking, referrals, field.
sales, activations and direct engagement. Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline to support achievement of monthly,
quarterly and yearly sales targets. Assessing prospective clients’ medical aid needs, affordability, existing cover and dependent requirements in order to recommend suitable Cimas products.
Explaining product benefits, contribution structures and onboarding processes to prospective clients.
Providing market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity and emerging sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Maintaining accurate sales activity records, client follow-ups and performance reports.
Key Competencies
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity to produce accurate reports.
Self-driven, target-oriented individual with strong selling ability.
Ability to interact, negotiate and achieve targets.
Qualifications
Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management or related qualification.
At least 2 years’ experience in the Medical Aid or Insurance industry
