Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to visitors and maintain the fullest knowledge of all aspects of visitor attractions
- Greet guests as they enter/exit the vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service including information on routes, directions as well as activities to do in the park
- Ensure an efficient, cheerful and courteous service is given to all customers at all times
- Ensure that all Health and Safety Procedures as laid down by the company is adhered to.
- To be responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicle
- Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery van and notify manager of any issues .
- Should maintain regular checks on their vehicles and report malfunctions to the management as soon as possible.
- Providing assistance on additional ad-hoc duties, as assigned by management.
- Perform any other cognate duties
Candidate’s Profile:
- Have as minimum Form V
- Holder of a Driving License for Bus or Good vehicle will be an advantage
- Experience in the tourism/hospitality industry would be ad Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Being flexible and proactive
- Having good presentation skills
- Having good verbal communication skills
- Being able to interact with people from different backgrounds
- Be flexible to work weekends and Public Holidays
