Electrician Role – Key Qualifications and Responsibilities Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in an electrical-related field is advantageous; 3 to 5 years of practical experience in electrical work.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, performing necessary repairs efficiently.
- Ensure all electrical tasks comply with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures.
Foreman Position – Expertise and Duties Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Construction fields is preferred; 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and manage workforce effectively.
- Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to regulations on site.
- Coordinate activities between electricians, suppliers, and management teams.
Supervisor Role – Requirements and Key Functions Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering; Craft Certificate; minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in construction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate electricians and electrical teams on project sites.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Track work progress, quality standards, materials usage, and project timelines.
