Position: Foreman | Join Our Team!
iLETCO Electrical Ltd is seeking an experienced, proactive, and dependable Foreman to oversee and supervise daily site operations on electrical and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations, project workflows, and on-site workers.
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all project sites.
- Coordinate activities with electricians, contractors, suppliers, and senior management.
- Ensure project timelines, technical specifications, and safety guidelines are rigorously adhered to.
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in a related field is an advantage (Electrical / Construction).
- 5–7 years of relevant hands-on supervisory experience in electrical or construction site operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, site supervision, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to occupational health, safety, and high-quality workmanship.
