Duties & Responsibilities

CORE PURPOSE

The purpose of the Maintenance General Worker is to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of facilities, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Essential Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in maintenance, repairs, or a related field (advantageous but not always required).

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Comfortable working in various conditions (e.g., outdoors, confined spaces).

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Adherence to workplace safety regulations.
