You will actively identify and develop new customer relationships, assist clients in choosing products that meet their needs and budgets, and ensure sales targets are consistently met. This contract role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ZMW 2,500 to ZMW 4,000, depending on experience and performance.
The position is based in Lusaka, Zambia, providing a great platform for sales professionals looking to advance their careers within the retail and sales sector. Key Responsibilities for Field Sales Jobs in Lusaka Promote and sell furniture and household products to new and existing customers.
Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities. Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their preferences and budgets.
Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices as required.
Follow up on customer inquiries and pending orders to ensure satisfaction. Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Monitor competitor activity and market pricing to stay competitive. Provide excellent customer service and submit regular sales performance reports.
Candidate Requirements Minimum of three years’ experience in field sales, preferably within furniture or related retail sectors. Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop new customer accounts.
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
