About the Role – Field Sales Jobs in Lusaka This role requires a minimum of three years’ experience in field sales, preferably within the furniture sector. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of household products including sofas, mattresses, beds, dining sets, and other furniture items.
The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with excellent customer relationship management to help grow our business. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Techno Electrical & Hardware Ltd.’s product range to new and existing customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential client relationships. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and budget requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as established by management. Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and invoices when required.
Follow up promptly on customer inquiries, quotations, and outstanding orders. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Monitor market prices and competitor activities to stay informed and competitive. Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sales transactions.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management for review.
