Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administration Officer to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Handle payroll processing and statutory obligations (NAPSA, ZRA, NHIMA)
- Prepare budgets and monitor cash flow
- Support procurement and inventory record-keeping
- Oversee general office administration and documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
