Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Experience working on SAP is essential
- Professional accounting qualification or studies towards CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, ACA, SAICA, or an equivalent designation will be advantageous
- Minimum 4 years' experience within a Finance and Administration environment
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial analysis
- Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment will be advantageous
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
