Senior Road Accident Fund Consultant Attorney Pretoria East Salary: Depending on years of experience
Minimum requirements:
- Admitted Attorney with substantial experience in Road Accident Fund matters.
- Proven ability to manage RAF files independently from inception to finalisation.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and progressing Road Accident Fund claims.
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Engaging with clients, experts, counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing matters for trial and settlement negotiations.
Providing strategic advice and recommendations on RAF matters
