FINANCIAL MANAGERGauteng, RoodepoortMarket Related SalaryOur client in the Specialised Insurance Services in Roodepoort is looking for a Financial Manager to the manage the day-to-day operations of the entity ensuring that the entity runs smoothly, manage the financial risks, optimize profitability and support in the strategic decision making of the company
Minimum requirements:
- Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with a valid certificate from SAICA
- Minimum 3+ years post-qualification experience
- Full accounting function of the group entities
- Assisting with the preparation of the financial statements
- Work closely with the internal and external auditors.
- Assisting with the preparation of the management accounts
- Invoicing
- All calculations and submissions to SARS (VAT, PAYE, Tax)
- Handling the payment of commissions to brokers and sending of statements
- Preparation of daily payment runs
- Assisting the FD/CFO with all regulatory reporting
- Preparation of documents required for meetings of the board and
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage and risk mitigation measures
