Our client is an established player in the vehicle leasing, transportation and logistics industry. As a result of business expansion, some roles need to be filled urgently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers, ensuring they comply with company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal vehicle performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety protocols, conducting regular vehicle inspections and driver training.
- Manage fleet-related expenses, track maintenance costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
