We invite proposals for comprehensive medical aid solutions that include options for:
Inpatient cover only
Inpatient + outpatient cover
Maternity, dental, and optical benefits (where available)
Providers are requested to submit detailed quotations including:
Premiums (per employee and/or dependent structure)
Annual benefit limits and sub-limits
Waiting periods (including pre-existing conditions and maternity cover)
Hospital network coverage within Lusaka and nationwide
Claims process and turnaround times
At least three package options (basic, standard, and comprehensive)
This exercise aims to identify a suitable provider offering competitive, flexible, and reliable medical cover for our staff.
