This is a high-ownership growth position for someone who understands modern outbound, LinkedIn-driven pipeline generation, founder-led growth, and relationship-first sales development — but more importantly, someone with strong writing and communication ability.
The ideal person combines outbound execution with excellent written English, thoughtful messaging, and the ability to support founder-led content and ghostwriting initiatives that build trust and authority in-market.
The business operates internationally across the US, UK, and Canada, supporting founder-led SMBs through a high-trust, service-led operating model. Having grown primarily through referrals, they are now entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for someone to help build the next stage of their outbound and pipeline strategy.
