Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs across the hotel.
Respond quickly to maintenance issues and guest requests.
Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities in good condition.
Perform basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, tiling, and welding work.
Conduct routine inspections and safety checks.
Repair or replace damaged equipment and report unsafe conditions.
Keep maintenance records and work orders updated.
Work closely with other departments to minimize guest disturbance.
Assist during emergencies and support special projects when required.
Maintain tools and equipment properly.
Be punctual, flexible with shifts, and work effectively as part of a team.
Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and quality procedures at all times.
