Head Solar Technicians

Role Description

• The Head Solar Technician will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, conducting site assessments, supervising solar system installations, inspecting and repairing existing systems, and continually improving operational processes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos, requiring hands-on involvement and leadership in daily operations and project execution.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power technologies
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in solar and power generation systems
• Strong understanding of Power Generation systems and renewable energy solutions
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee technicians effectively
• Experience in supervising installation and maintenance processes in the solar energy sector
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos and manage time efficiently
• Electrical engineering or renewable energy background preferred
• Relevant certifications in solar technology or renewable energy systems are a plus
