Regional Manager

Role Description

• The Regional Manager will oversee operations and drive growth within assigned territories in Lagos. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, mentoring and leading a team to meet performance targets, implementing strategies to improve business outcomes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• The individual will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, making data-driven decisions, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities.
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.

• Client Relationship Management and Excellent Communication skills
• Financial Acumen and Budget Management capabilities
• Experience in Microfinance, SME Lending, or related financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and CRM solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
