MMG Limited has approved an approximately BWP 13 billion expansion of the Khoemacau Copper Mine in Botswana.
This strategic project is designed to significantly increase annual copper production to approximately 130,000 tonnes of copper in concentrate by the second quarter of 2028.
As the largest copper development project in Botswana, the expansion will extend the mine life beyond 20 years and is expected to create thousands of employment opportunities.
