Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interviews
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support the resolution of workplace issues in a fair and complaint manner
- Promote a positive working environment
HR Administration:- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave, and absenteeism
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information
Payroll and compliance support:
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee data
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Support audits and reporting requirements
Performance Management:- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Monitor probation periods and confirmation timelines
Policy Implementation:- Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist in updating HR policies in line with legislation
