HSE & Quality Assurance Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The HSE & Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with Health, Safety, and Environmental HSE standards and delivers high-quality products that meet regulatory, customer, and internal standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE and QA systems, conducting audits, and leading a culture of safety and quality across all operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in HSE and Quality Management ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HSE and quality assurance management, preferably in manufacturing, polymer, or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience implementing ISO standards, HSE regulations, and quality management systems.
• Strong track record in reducing workplace incidents and improving product quality.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in auditing, reporting, and HSE/QA software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application.
