Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must have 3+ years of experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and data visualisation.
Must demonstrate a strong understanding of HR principles and a genuine interest in people analytics.
Must have knowledge of labour legislation and compliance reporting requirements.
Must possess advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, data visualisation tools, and HR analytics platforms.
Experience within a regulated, manufacturing, or high-availability environment will be advantageous.
Programming experience, such as SQL or Python, will be advantageous.
Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and meaningful manner.
