A leading distributor of IP convergence technologies, including Wireless Broadband, Wi-Fi, Networking, Routing, VoIP, IoT, Fibre, Access Control, and IP Surveillance, is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant who will manage the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person to assess needs and deliver tailored quotes.
Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Sales Administration: Manage the full sales cycle, process customer orders, and track them through to successful delivery.
Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product offerings and broader industry trends.
Performance: Work towards goals and perform effectively under high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
Minimum Requirements:Experience: 1–2 years in a similar sales or call centre role.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT/ICT, Wired/Wireless Networking, VoIP, or IP Surveillance is highly advantageous.
Systems: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory).
CompTIA Network+ or a similar networking-related qualification (Required).
Relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) is an added advantage.
Language: Fluency in Afrikaans is essential.
