This role is suited to candidates with strong interventional cardiology sales experience, excellent clinical understanding of cath lab environments, and the ability to build strong relationships with cardiologists and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and grow the interventional cardiology product portfolio
- Provide in-theatre and cath lab clinical support during procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists, cath lab staff, and hospital stakeholders
- Drive new business development and manage the sales territory effectively
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular market feedback and reporting
Minimum Requirements- Proven medical sales experience within interventional cardiology or cardiovascular devices
- Strong understanding of cath lab procedures and environments
- Existing relationships within the cardiology sector advantageous
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure clinical environments
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Western Cape
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
