Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, evaluation, and optimization of water and wastewater treatment processes
- Support process troubleshooting activities to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to drive process enhancements
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and performance summaries
- Participate in commissioning, validation, and performance testing of equipment and systems
- Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow documentation
- Monitor system performance and support preventative and corrective maintenance efforts
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and resource optimization
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or exposure to water treatment processes advantageous)
- Basic understanding of process engineering principles and water treatment technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with process simulation software or data analysis tools is an advantage
