Kitchen Assistant

Number of Vacancies: 2 (Male)

Work Location: Lusaka

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the chef with washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.

- Responsible for organizing, storing, and categorizing kitchen raw materials.

- Assist the chef in cooking and plating dishes.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.

- Follow daily operations according to food safety and hygiene standards.

- Responsible for cleaning and organizing kitchen utensils and tableware.

- Assist with receiving goods, inventory counts, and stock management.

- Complete other tasks assigned by the head chef or supervisor.

Requirements:

- Male, aged 18-40.

- Must have at least one year of experience working in a Chinese restaurant.

- Healthy and able to adapt to the kitchen work environment.

- Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow management instructions.

- Good team spirit and learning ability.

- Basic Chinese communication skills preferred.

- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
