Number of Vacancies: 3 (1 male, 2 females)

Work Location: Lusaka

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and guide restaurant customers to their seats.

- Provide services such as taking orders, serving dishes, and refilling water.

- Be familiar with the restaurant menu and dish specialties, and be able to introduce and recommend them to customers.

- Maintain a clean restaurant environment, and promptly tidy tables and tableware.

- Handle reasonable customer requests and provide a high-quality service experience.

- Assist with cashier and checkout tasks.

- Maintain good communication with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.

- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

- Age 18-20, any gender (this recruitment: 1 male, 2 females).

- High school diploma or above.

- Basic communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

- Presentable appearance, good health, proactive work attitude.

- Strong service awareness and sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit.

- Experience in restaurant service, hotel service, or customer service is preferred.

- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
