Key Perfomance Areas:

Facilitate effective learning and teaching at undergraduate level, specifically in Mercantile Law modules, including service modules such as, Labour Law, Environmental Law, Commercial Law, Law of Contract and Company Law;
Assume responsibility for course materials, lectures, tutorials and assessment of modules in Mercantile Law;
Supervision of under-graduate and postgraduate students;
Be able to perform independent research and publish in peer reviewed journals;
Perform administrative duties and other functions as assigned by the Department or Faculty.
